How Should I Prepare in Advance for My Consultation?

Before your consultation, tell your loved one you are considering hiring a professional in-home care provider. If your loved one resists the idea, be sure to listen to their concerns, but emphasize their health and well-being are your top priorities.

Your care coordinator will then match your loved one with a compatible in-home care provider based on their care needs, schedule, personality, and other factors. Your loved one will ultimately have the final say on which caregiver they’d like to work with. We believe this process leads to strong bonds between caregivers and care recipients and allows us to provide truly exceptional senior care.

Caregivers can typically begin providing services within 48 hours of the initial consultation. In some cases, services can start the same day.
